Summer Hair 2009

Summer is soon coming and it has been a long time coming! All of those cold nights and even colder days have really taken its toll on our hair and a little bit of sun is the perfect excuse to get back into the hair care beauty regime. After all, we all want our hair to look good when we are sat looking gorgeous by the side of a pool!

Long Blond

The good news is that both long and short styles have come into play for the summer of 2009. The bob is still very much in fashion but this has been around for some time and is sure to be on its way out very soon. The beach long hair look is back in, once famously worn by the model Kate Moss who incidentally has gone for a shaggy and messy bob but with a little bit more length.

Summer is Back

The good news is that long hair can be easily modified to suit any look. A romantic look could be plaiting a section of the hair and using it as a headband to push the rest of the hair away from the face or even made into pigtails at either side of the head for a girlie look. Plaits are very much in for summer 2009 so you could kill two looks with one stone!

Flowing long locks are going to rock the fashion world for the summer of 2009 so maybe it’s time to start growing your hair out now?
